PREPARATION
Pour 180 ml of water/milk or vegetable drink into 50 g of porridge, cook for about 5 minutes while stirring constantly or heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, 800 W. Can be served with fruit, nuts or honey. Can be made cold with yogurt or a plant-based drink.
