Dried goji berries can be used in many ways in our kitchen. They are perfect as a valuable addition to a salad or as a nutritious porridge. You can also easily add them to homemade oatmeal cookies, as well as yogurt or cottage cheese. Combined with nuts and grains, goji berries make an excellent in-between snack.
The recommended daily dose for adults is 20-30 g of dried fruit. Children under 3 years of age should not take more than 1/3 of the recommended dose and children under 10 years of age half of the recommended dose.
