Walnuts are the perfect snack. It must be remembered that this is a high-calorie product, but it has many health properties that strongly encourage you to consume it. They are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, 2 nuts provide our daily need for this omega. They also contain L-arginine, keozyme Q10, ellagic acid and phenolic acid. They have a beneficial effect on the circulatory system and immunity. 100 g nuts contain approx. 15 g protein, 136 g carbohydrates and 6 g fiber. Above all, however, they are a source of valuable fats in the diet.
