DESCRIPTION
Groats made from peeled, roasted buckwheat seeds. Buckwheat flour is obtained from ground whole buckwheat (white or roasted). It goes perfectly with meat dishes, all kinds of stews or sauces. Ground groats can be used for baking bread, pies, cakes - especially for those who should avoid gluten. In combination with white cheese and vegetables, it is a great filling for pancakes and dumplings, and in combination with mushrooms, it is a vegetarian filling for stuffed cabbage. You can also make chops out of it and stuff vegetables. It's a great ingredient in salads.
