Cinnamon Nut Cream is a high-quality product made from 99% roasted peanuts (also known as peanuts or peanuts) and 1% aromatic cinnamon. The combination of the above ingredients led to the creation of a nut cream, which is distinguished not only by its exceptional taste, but also by the content of vitamins and minerals valuable for health.
Peanuts, which form the basis of this product, contrary to appearances, belong to the legume (or rather bean-shaped) family. Therefore, they are rich in proteins. Nevertheless, peanuts belong to the group of nuts due to their high content of B vitamins and valuable unsaturated fatty acids. Although easily available in our country, peanuts actually come from South America, more specifically from Brazil. However, it is worth knowing that peanuts are widely grown around the world due to the great interest in this product. The leading producers are China, Nigeria, India, the United States, Italy and France. Interestingly, peanuts grow in pods that ripen underground.
The second ingredient in the nut cream is cinnamon. This spice is well known to us and is often used when baking Christmas gingerbread or aromatic apple wine. Despite this, few of us know that cinnamon is not only delicious, but also extremely healthy. In addition, it is important to know that there are over 250 of its species worldwide. The cinnamon tree, from which the precious sticks of the aforementioned spice are obtained, is one of those evergreen plants whose unique properties have been appreciated since ancient times.
