DESCRIPTION
Organic chlorella is a type of dark green, unicellular, spherical microalgae. This freshwater algae, available in powder form, is obtained from the highest quality algae from controlled cultivation. It owes its dark green color and its name to chlorophyll - a natural pigment. It is characterized by a very high content of fiber and digestible vegetable protein.
Chlorella's cell walls are ruptured during the PREPARATION of the product. Chlorella has a very hard outer cell wall. The human digestive tract lacks the enzyme cellulase, which is why it is so important to prepare the product correctly. During production, a special process was developed in which the cell walls are completely broken up (ruptured) without destroying the nutritional value of chlorella.
CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
OK. 5 g of chlorella (a small teaspoon) daily. Drink plenty of water. It can also be added to kefir, yogurt, juices and used as an ingredient in pasta, sauces or homemade cookies.
