INGREDIENTS

100% wood oil Cedrus atlantica (Atlas cedar).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

In the Vaporizer: Place 6 to 8 drops of essential oil in the vaporizer or burner

Inhalation: Place 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapor for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years.)

For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil.

Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. To stir in water.
