Red clover is a weed found throughout Poland. It is a legume called meadow clover or clover. The plant can be recognized by the tripartite leaves and the round flowers in the form of small purple tubes. It is used in cosmetology, in the kitchen and with health-promoting properties.

Clover has a positive effect on the digestive system, aids in digestion and defecation, and influences the regulation of appetite. It also has a positive effect in reducing the effects of menopause. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It supports the nervous system by calming it down and strengthens the circulatory system.
