Buckwheat goes well with meat dishes, stews or sauces. In combination with cheese, vegetables or mushrooms, it can be a delicious filling for pancakes, dumplings or cabbage rolls. Ground groats can also be used to bake bread, cakes or pies.

APPLICATION :
Rinse the groats and add water (2 glasses of water per glass of groats). Put the pot on low heat and cook the groats for about 10-15 minutes. It is better not to mix the groats, they will stick, but if the fire is low, then it should not burn. A teaspoon of oil can be added. Remove the porridge from the fire, cover and place in a warm place to absorb the remaining water.
