Pour the contents of the sachet into a liter of cold water, add a teaspoon of oil and bring to the boil. Cook for another 20 minutes. Mix 250 ml of cold water with the spice mixture and pour into the soup. Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from gas and set aside for 5 minutes.
