DESCRIPTION
Freshly roasted coffee from a small Polish roastery that brews coffee in small batches. 100% organic Arabica coffee from the Fairtrade cooperative in the cradle of coffee, i.e. Ethiopia. The light roast helps preserve most of the coffee's health and sensory qualities, which we'll appreciate most when using overflow and alternative brewing methods like the Dripper, Chemex, or Aero-Press. Sensory DESCRIPTION : floral aroma, noticeable jasmine; with notes of peach, tangerine and lime. The grainy equivalent of kok coffee is gondar.
