Pull-up bar - 4FIZJO

Assembly Instructions:
- pull red safety buckles to the sides,
- unscrew r & oacute; adjust both ends of the bar equally to the width of the frame,
- grab the rod in its middle part and turn it in the opposite direction as you unscrewed its ends. Do it as hard as you can! At this moment the bar wedges in the frame,
- Move the red safety clamps to the center of the bar and align their teeth with the holes & oacute; in their respective ones.
