Organic semolina is obtained by grinding cleaned soft wheat grains. It contains gluten, which is its advantage when PREPARING puddings and legumes or the popular thick semolina with fruit. It is also perfect as an accompaniment to soups, cakes, pastries and casseroles.
PREPARATION
Semolina in milk: Boil 1/2 l of milk, pour 3 tablespoons of porridge into the boiling milk. Cook for 10-15 minutes. stir occasionally.
