Pickled cucumber crocuses are supplied in small vats, so a lower concentration of salt is used and the whole process is monitored. After the curing process, they are hand filled into jars to ensure only whole, firm and crisp products are sold. Cucumbers can be eaten with any dish and can also be taken directly from the jar. They can be used to prepare various salads, cucumber soup and brine traditional for Russian cuisine. Cucumbers are a good source of mineral salts and the silicon they contain is important for the health of your hair and nails. Cucumbers are very low in calories, the pickled ones are easier to digest than raw ones and are additionally enriched with lactic acid from the fermentation process and penetrating substances from the added spices such as fresh dill, horseradish and, above all, Polish garlic.
