DESCRIPTION
Organic, unroasted buckwheat is an easily digestible and low-calorie product. We recommend it for dinners with vegetables or stews and as an accompaniment to soups, stews and pies.
Rinse the groats, cook in salted water in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of groats to 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
