DESCRIPTION
Ecological concentrate of sour rye soup made from whole buckwheat flour. Product from certified organic farming, suitable for vegans, gluten-free. Each production batch is tested for gluten by an independent external laboratory. Our concentrate consists only of gluten-free buckwheat flour, water and Kłodawa rock salt, these INGREDIENTS
are served in natural salt. In order to obtain the highest quality, we subject our product to gentle pasteurization. The ecological concentrate of whole grain buckwheat is the basis for the PREPARATION of a great soup.
