Organic mung bean sprouts have a slightly sour taste.

Mung bean seeds * (* from certified organic farming)
PREPARATION
At home, we prepare sprouts as follows: take a flat plate, line it with gauze or other water-absorbent material. Sprinkle a single layer of seeds on the gauze and pour it with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm water. The water should be refilled so that the gauze is wet all the time. Put the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the type of germinated plant, sprouts will appear after 2-4 days. For coarse seeds like peas, soybeans, chickpeas, etc. or seeds with shells like pumpkin, sunflower, sprouts, cut them before eating and use the small seeds whole.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Store in a dry place.
