Agar is a vegetable gelling agent. Made from seaweed, agar is a vegan gelatin substitute and food thickener. It's perfect for making jams and desserts when we don't accept gelatin as an animal product. The agar will replace it successfully.
APPLICATION :
Use 7 g agar powder per liter of liquid. Pour contents of sachet into boiling liquid (water, juice, etc.), set aside and mix well.
Store agar dry.
