PREPARATION
PREPARATION with milk: Boil 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water, cool to 50 degrees C, mix with 22 g porridge (5-6 tablespoons) and serve chilled to 37 degrees C.
PREPARATION with water: Boil 180 ml of water, cool to 50 degrees C and mix with 22 g of porridge (5-6 tablespoons) and a spoonful of baby oil, serve chilled to 37 degrees C.
To enrich your meal with essential fatty acids, it is recommended to add 1-2 teaspoons of sunflower or canola oil to the PREPARATION of a dairy-free porridge.
