INGREDIENTS


100% Abies sibirica (Siberian fir) wild coniferous oil
Naturally Occurring Allergens: Limonene
APPLICATION :

In a diffuser/fireplace: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a diffuser or fireplace scent.
For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil.
Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil. To stir in water.
