DESCRIPTION
Organic black quinoa, also known as quinoa. It successfully replaces traditional groats or pasta. It is perfect as an ingredient in soups and as an addition to vegetables, sauces, baked goods and desserts.
PREPARATION
It is advisable to pour hot water over a fine sieve and then cook in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of quinoa to 2 portions of water) for approx. 25 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, season with salt.
