DESCRIPTION
Powder for making chickpea-based egg substitutes. A source of fiber. High protein content.

PREPARATION
Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Mix the contents of the pack with a whisk with 125 ml of cold water. Brush the pans with the oil and then pour the mixed powder into the pan. After 3 minutes turn over and heat for another minute. Then use a spatula to break up any clumps and heat for another minute. Finally, add a small piece of margarine to the pan.
