DESCRIPTION
This pasta is perfect for sauces such as those based on seafood. Rustichella pasta is made in a traditional artisan way, that is:
- Slowly matured at 45-50 degrees Celsius, thanks to which it retains its nutritional and flavor values, does not overcook, has a lower glycemic index.
- It has a rough surface and prevents the sauce from running to the bottom of the plate but stays on top of the pasta.
PREPARATION
Boil 1 liter of lightly salted water for every 100 g of pasta. Simmer for 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally. After cooking, drain the pasta and cover with cold water.
