Recommended daily dose (1/3 tablet):

Melatonin (N-Acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine) - 1 mg

Directions for use: Use a third (1/3) tablet daily at bedtime, melatonin causes drowsiness.
Ingredients: N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine (melatonin), binding agent: dicalcium phosphate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, release agent: stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
The product does not contain: bar Colors, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, sugar, soy, starch, milk, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, sodium.
