Green curry paste is a blend of Thai spices with distinct hints of chili and lemongrass. Its green color comes from the green chilli. It tastes great with the addition of coconut milk, veggies and meat or its substitution. Served with rice or bread, naan is a delicious, exotic dish. It goes perfectly with noodles and tofu, it tastes delicious when fried with vegetables.
