250 g of a mixture, 130 g butter or vegetable margarine, 130 g sugar, 4 eggs, grated lemon zest. PREPARATION : Combine melted butter, sugar and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites separately and carefully mix them with the egg yolk mixture. Then add the mixture and the grated lemon zest from top to bottom, stirring constantly. Once you have an even consistency, pour the mixture into a 22 cm baking pan and bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
