Invented in China during the reign of the Qin Dynasty and have been just as indispensable in Chinese cuisine as our grain noodles for over two thousand years. These mild-tasting white noodles are an integral part of many Asian dishes. Rice noodles are a source of valuable vitamins and minerals. Is rich in vitamin E, known for its antioxidant properties, B vitamins necessary for the proper functioning of the body, iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc and satiating fiber, among others. Rice noodles go well with roasted, steamed or grilled vegetables and lean meat and can also replace their wheat counterpart as an accompaniment to soup.

PREPARATION
Boil 2 liters of water, turn off the burner gas. Add the noodles and let them rest for 2 minutes. Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water for 1-2 minutes.
