INGREDIENTS

Water, xylitol, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, folic acid ((6s)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt), natural blueberry flavor.

USE:

Adults - regular USE : 2 sprays daily once or intermittently. 2 sprays contain 200 μg methylfolate. Women who want to have children or are pregnant*: 4 sprays a day, once or at intervals. 4 sprays contain 400 μg methylfolate. * Women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or could become pregnant are recommended to take 400 μg of folic acid daily as a dietary supplement up to at least 12 weeks of pregnancy.
