Inulin is a polysaccharide that has a positive effect on the intestinal flora of our body. It supports the proliferation of beneficial bacteria and can thus support the work of the immune system. In addition to the prebiotic effect, scientists point to other health benefits of consuming inulin. Scientific research has shown its positive effect in preventing diseases of the cardiovascular and skeletal systems. Inulin increases the absorption of some minerals from food (mainly calcium and magnesium) and lowers the concentration of triglycerides in the blood. Has a positive effect on the plasma lipid profile.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Due to the high solubility of inulin in water, it can be added to milk drinks and juices. It delicately enriches their flavor and adds sweetness. In this form it can be taken as a prebiotic. Perfect for sweetening coffee or tea. When added to a sauce or soup, it gives your dishes a creamy texture. It can also be used to bake bread and cakes. As a result, the bread stays fresh longer and the biscuits become crunchier. It's a good idea to use it as a stabilizer when making homemade mayonnaise.
Consume 20g per day - mix the powder with about 100-150ml of cold water or your favorite beverage, mix thoroughly. Consume immediately after preparation.
