DESCRIPTION

100% natural basil oil, obtained by steam distillation of common basil. It has numerous health and care properties. It has powerful antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects. When used in bacterial skin diseases, it has good cleansing properties. It improves mood, gives strength, has an antidepressant effect. It restores balance, reduces fatigue, stress and nervous tension. It is often used for headaches, colds, runny noses and coughs. Alleviates the effects of wasp and other insect stings.

Remarks: Do not use undiluted. Be especially careful with pregnant women. For external use.

EFFECT - BASIL OIL

APPLICATION

• Inhalation - a bowl of warm water (sausage) , a glass of warm water, inhaler
• Massage - add 4-5 drops to 10-15 ml of your favorite base oil and perform the massage yourself, preferably using the classic technique
• Sauna - Put 4-6 drops in the ladle of water and pour over the hot stones. It is worth making a mixture with, for example, natural oils: mint, eucalyptus, lemon
• Bath - 3-5 drops should be diluted in a small amount of base oil and added to a bathtub filled with 1 /3 warm water. Bath time up to 15-20 minutes.
• Air aromatization - aroma chimney, diffuser, spray atomizer.
