DESCRIPTION
Organic Arborio rice comes from Italy. This is a unique rice variety characterized by a subtle nutty flavor and unique aroma. It is the basis of a traditional Italian risotto dish. Also perfect as an accompaniment to meat, salads, exotic dishes and desserts.

PREPARATION
Cook the rice in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of rice to 2 portions of water) over low heat, covered, for approx. 15 minutes (do not rinse the rice).
