Wine has been known for thousands of years, perhaps predating the wheel itself, an alcoholic beverage obtained by fermenting freshly squeezed grape juice. It comes in many varieties and types depending on the grape variety, the winemaking techniques used, and the environmental conditions affecting the growth of the grapes. We usually distinguish white, red and rosé wines, they can also be divided into sparkling and still, as well as dry, semi-sweet, semi-sweet and sweet.
