Kombu seaweed is used to flavor the water used in the PREPARATION of soups, broths, sauces, rice, vegetables, fish, meat or stews
PREPARATION
Use only for bouillon or broths, do not eat directly. Put 1 g of seaweed in 1 liter of boiling water, boil for 5 minutes and remove the seaweed from the broth or bouillon.
