PREPARATION
Package contents can be poured directly into mouth or mixed with water/juice (100-200ml) and drink.

CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
Adults : 1 sachet daily with a meal (it is not recommended to eat before a meal). Every 5 days you should take a 2-day break. It is recommended to use up to 2 months.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry place out of reach of children, at a temperature below 25 degrees. Protect from moisture. Do not use the preparation after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
