Ingredients: dried, ground herb of small-flowered Epilobium species - 100%

Instructions for use: Pour 1 tea bag over a cup of boiling water and let steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Drink a fresh and warm infusion once a day. 1 sachet of the product (2.0 g) is a daily dose.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements and diets cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplements and diets should be kept out of the reach of small children.
