APPLICATION
Pour the rinsed seeds into a jar or set them on a sprinkler and then pour the boiling lukewarm water over a couple of hours. Decant the water and cover the jar with cheesecloth. Rinse the sprouts twice a day.
Put them in a warm, sun-free spot.
After 5-7 days the sprouts are ready to eat.
