DESCRIPTION
Organic rye flakes are made from crushed rye grains. Rye flakes are a perfect suggestion for a daily breakfast. They taste best with the addition of yoghurt, muesli drink and fruit.
PREPARATION
Cook the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of muesli for 2 portions of water or milk) and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
