Shitake , also called Poku, is the Japanese name for the Ta-ké mushroom that grows on Shii trees. Also known as the "elixir of life" in traditional Chinese medicine because of its unique composition.

Shitake contains ergosterol, which when exposed to sunlight is converted into vitamin D, which in turn is essential for skin care and the absorption of calcium and phosphorus.

COMPOSITION:

Shiitake mushroom, capsule: vegetable cellulose

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule 2 times a day

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the preparation. The preparation should not be used by pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and adolescents under the age of 18.
