Borage seed oil is notable for its richness in essential fatty acids ( EFA ) of linoleic acids and gamma-linolenic acid . In addition, this unique liquid oil can be proud of the content of flavonoids, tannins, mineral salts - silicon, potassium, zinc, magnesium and iron - carotene and vitamin C. The consumption of borage oil is recommended especially for older people, its EXTERNAL USE is recommended for dry skin and difficult-to-heal wounds.
