As the name suggests, buckwheat flour is made from buckwheat. Buckwheat, a plant in the knotweed family found in temperate Eurasia, is one of the healthier grains. Brought to Poland by the Tatars and sometimes referred to as cream of tartar, buckwheat is characterized by numerous nutritional and health-promoting properties. The ground buckwheat grains have a brownish hue and are characterized by similar properties to the original raw material. In 100 g of oatmeal there are over 7 g of dietary fiber, which supports the work of the digestive system, and 12 g of protein, which is the basic building block of all organs in our body. In addition, buckwheat flour is rich in B vitamins and mineral salts - magnesium, iron, copper and phosphorus.
Ecological light buckwheat flour is obtained from peeled, unroasted buckwheat grains. Recommended for pancake batter, noodles, cakes, pancakes. Also perfect for baking bread in combination with other flours.
