USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Pour 1 tablespoon of flaxseed into 3/4 cup of warm water. Wait a few minutes, stirring frequently, until a paste forms. You can eat it up to 2-3 times a day with the addition of milk, fruit, juices, yogurt or honey. Ground flax is also a great addition to soups, breads, sauces and cereals. Flaxseeds should be freshly ground immediately before adding them to the dishes.
