DESCRIPTION
Grits can be used as a thickening agent in soups, vegetable stews, and sauces. Perfect as an addition to cakes and muesli.
PREPARATION
Pour water or vegetable drink at 80 °C. Leave on for 2-3 minutes. Fruit, jam or coconut flakes can be added.
