Ghee Pure Butter 500g Khanum
It is the main ingredient in Indian cuisine.
The method of clarification was invented there by over 4,000 people. years ago - Hindus still believe it is a "divine gift" and call it "the most perfect fat in the world".
Made by boiling butter and removing (explained) foam on its surface and sediment on the bottom. They are characterized by a golden color, a slightly nutty aroma and a delicate aftertaste that emphasizes the benefits of the food. It has a long shelf life and can be stored at room temperature.
In the kitchen it is used for almost everything. In principle, it can be used for any dish that requires fat. Clear butter is ideal for frying, it can be heated up to a temperature of 250 °C. This makes it perfect for roasting and deep-frying. The butter is softer and enhances the flavor of the food better, creating a nice sheen on the food.
It smells like real butter.
Clarified butter is almost pure fat and does not contain many of the allergens found in other dairy products such as lactose or casein, making it well tolerated by cow sensitive people.
The butter crystallizes at room temperature.

Clear butter containing 99.8% cow's milk fat.

Use:

STORAGE:
at room temperature approx. 9 months and in the refrigerator up to 15 months. It is best to seal it in an airtight container as this will slow down the oxidation process.
