DESCRIPTION
After roasting, organic white sesame can be a tasty addition to salads, bread, and other dishes. It can be used to PREPARE tahini at home - sesame paste, a great alternative to butter or margarine. We also recommend ground as a topping for groats, rice, soups or steamed vegetables. Sesame seeds should be ground just before consumption. Soaking the sesame beforehand improves its digestibility.
