Very hard-shelled macadamia nuts grown in Australia, Hawaii and South Africa.
They have the highest fat content of any nut and are quite high in calories (100 grams equals 700 calories). It contains mainly unsaturated fatty acids with many valuable healing properties. In addition, macadamia nuts are a rich source of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and phosphorus, as well as vitamin E and B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6).
