DESCRIPTION
Shoyu sauce has a slight aftertaste - this is the result of wheat fermentation. Therefore, it is suitable for prolonged cooking, it is best to add it at the end of the PREPARATION of a meal, so that the sauce does not lose its characteristic taste.
