Agar is a plant substance. It is made from algae -
Red Algae - won. It is used as a gelling agent. It's a completely natural one
substitute for gelatin. Its vegetable origin makes it
ideal for vegetarians and vegans as a substitute for gelatine.
INGREDIENTS
Agar powder (E 406 ).
APPLICATION :
Use 7g per liter.
Dissolve the powder and add to the liquid, then boil for 5-10 minutes
(until the powder is completely dissolved
).
STORAGE:
On a dry
