Cinnamon oil is reminiscent of the Christmas season. She is from Sri Lanka. In practice, cinnamon can act as an antifungal and also aid in the digestive process.

INGREDIENTS

100% Ceylon Cinnamon Oil ( Cinammomum zeylanicum ).

APPLICATION :

In the Vaporizer: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to the vaporizer or burner.

Inhalation: Place 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in a bowl of very hot water and breathe in the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years.)

For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil.

Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. To stir in water.
