Sprouts "Spicy Mixture" are perfect as an ingredient for salads and salads. They can also be used as an additive to sandwiches, pasta, cheese, sauces and as an additive to soups.
To grow sprouts in a sprout, follow the attached device. If using a glass, rinse the seeds, then place in a pre-brewed glass and pour over boiling lukewarm water. Soak for 10-12 hours, then drain the water, cover the jar with gauze and put in a warm place (18-22℃). Rinse sprouts 2-3 times a day. Sprouts are ready to eat after 4-7 days 1-2 cm long.
