The composition of the recommended daily dose - 1 tablet:

Vitamin 500 mg 625% (RWS *)
Zinc 15 mg 150% (RWS *)

Usage: Swallow the tablet and drink it with water. Recommended daily intake: 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption throughout the day. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet. Do not use in people prone to kidney stone formation or suffering from nephrolithiasis.
